Important question for women who have been on the diet roller coaster their whole life and are ready to find lasting food freedom...
If there was a simple, step-by-step path to love your body and feel confident no matter what the scale says...
Without having to count calories, obsess about macros, or feel hungry...
What could you spend all that mental energy on???
Things like:
Spending time with your family and friends and actually being present with them
Taking tons of family photos because you don’t feel self conscious anymore
Start a business doing something you love
Go on an adventure with your loved ones
Every day, women are living in bodies they love. They’re going out to eat, they’re hiking with their families, they’re going on vacation, and they’re carving space for themselves and their needs in the world.
And if you want to join them...this is your chance.
Because I know you’re done wasting your time, energy and money on diets and “lifestyle plans” that keep you hungry, tired, and irritable.
So if you’re tired of berating yourself for going over that day’s macros...
Or you’re simply ready to feel great in your body and with your food choices...
I’m going to show you how to finally make friends with food and use it as fuel for a life you love.
ALREADY IN?
“Jessica has been helping me reflect on my healthy living future. I was truly sick of my body and the gravity pull of aging, and Jesica helped me to see the Mind/ Body Connection to my eating experience. She takes HSA, which was life changing for me! I have been very frustrated with my insurance as it wouldn’t cover my weight loss path and having the option of using HSA with Jessica became very empowering! I don’t have to give up on a healthy life! I get to live my life without thinking about food all the time.”

Here’s the thing...
FOOD DOESN’T HAVE TO BE SCARY
I still remember how I felt when I decided I was done with the diet rollercoaster.
It was scary to think about doing things in a new way…
I was nervous that I was going to gain a bunch of weight, and be “out of control” with my eating.
Even though I had some background in coaching and healthcare, it came down to the fact that I didn’t trust myself when it came to food.
BIG DISCOVERY!
For years I told myself that I needed some kind of structure or rigid program to tell me how to eat so I could be thin or “healthy”.
(Hint: this is actually the exact opposite of what I needed)
I was afraid of messing up, overeating, or gaining a bunch of weight.
The idea of feeding myself without a structured plan or rules that someone else told me to follow was overwhelming.
What if I messed up?
I was afraid that I’d go on a rampage and eat everything in the house! That I’d buy a ton of crap and eat that too…
Deep down, I had a secret fear that was hard to admit even to myself.
If I tried it on my own, and once again failed, then everyone would finally see: I just wasn’t good enough.
I let all of these fears and worries stop me for a long, long time.
Meanwhile, I watched other people in my life eating and caring for their bodies without a ton of concern…
Finally I took the plunge and decided to figure it out as I went along.
Here’s what I wish I had known, that I’ll share with you right now…
With all of the time, effort, and money you’ve spent trying to finally feel good in your body...
You DESERVE to actually feel good in your body.
And it doesn’t have to be as hard as you think.
How do I know?
Once I started trying to eat what felt right, I learned a lot!
I had practiced noticing how food felt in my body and how it impacted my energy levels before so I used those tools again. I leaned into the routines and practices I already had in place to help me reflect and be mindful.
I talked to other people in my life about food and how they felt in their bodies.
I went to therapy.
And eventually I started noticing my triggers and making different choices, which was a HUGE win for my confidence.
Then, a few years into this journey, I found the Eating Freely Program, which was a game changer.
It helped me break down the work I did on my own over years (and then some!), into a program with actual tools and evidence based resources.
Using the tools from this program, I know that my food freedom can now last a lifetime!
ALL OF THIS IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU TOO.
THE GOOD NEWS IS…
Change can happen faster than you think.
And the even better news is that by following a specific, step-by-step program you’ll be able to:
Walk into the grocery store feeling confident that you’ll be able to make good choices and if you DON’T make good choices, forgive yourself quickly
Understand exactly what you need to nourish your body day in and day out without restricting, bingeing, or second guessing yourself
Heal your relationship with exercise and find movement that actually lights you up, not wears you down
Deal with the day-to-day stresses and upheavals of your life without finding yourself elbow deep in a bag of chips at the end of the day
And most important of all, take all of that mental space and energy you’re currently using to focus on food and invest it in things that really matter to you
YES these outcomes are totally within your reach for you!
And I’ll walk you through the entire journey, step by step as you find this for yourself.
SO WHO AM I?
I’m Jessica Guerrero, a nurse, health coach, and food enthusiast with passion for helping others. I’ve been a nurse for more than fifteen years, and I’ve struggled with food for twice that long.
Three years ago I started coaching and I noticed that most of my clients struggled with food and how they felt about their bodies. This hit home for me and I decided I needed to find a way to help.
I decided to become an Eating FreelyTM practitioner and learn methods for working with those who struggle with emotional and binge eating. I’m so glad that I did because the work I get to do now feeds my soul!
Eating Freely
The Entire Eating Freely™ Program
Eating Freely™ is a research-backed, psychotherapist-developed program specifically created to support adults struggling with long-standing emotional and binge eating.
The Program is based on four pillars:
Nutritional Rehabilitation – to reset your relationship with food and begin reducing physical symptoms straight away;
Neuroscience – to break the autopilots and habits that trigger episodes of emotional eating. The great news is, it’s not you; it’s your brain!
CBT – Cognitive Behavior Therapy – to immediately reduce episodes of emotional/binge eating;
Mindfulness & Self-Compassion – this is where the deeper work begins. By separating your food from your feelings and your past from your present, you can let go of what no longer serves you and move on with your life!
I’ve seen clients go from bingeing multiple times a day to less than once a month using this approach, and continuing that improvement for the long haul.
Here’s what you get:

There’s no calorie counting or strict food rules on this program. We’re solely focused on what feels nourishing to you.
